My name is Manini Ojha and I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Jindal School of Government and Public Policy, O. P. Jindal Global University. I have received my Ph.D. from Southern Methodist University, United States, in 2018.
Prior to this, I was an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. I received my M.A. in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and B.A. in Economics from Delhi University.
My fields of research are: Applied Microeconometrics, Empirical Development Economics, Economics of Education, Economics of the Households, Economics of Gender and Labour Economics.
My current research interests lie in the areas of household dynamics and gender differences, domestic violence, health insurance and its impact on educational outcomes as well as educational value of online learning.
